We design advanced analytical visualisations enabling your teams to identify areas for service improvements across age groups and local communities within each SEND system in England.

Also, we are conscious that making the change happen is the real challenge. That's why we support the delivery with innovative commercial models. Of course, we guarantee the delivery of the results (financial and qualitative) against our fee but more importantly, we only charge once the improvements are actually delivered.
Service performance dashboard
This dashboard supports the identification of the biggest challenges in delivering the right outcome across age groups and local areas. You will be able to benchmark the service provided across local areas to reduce inequalities.
Each local authority is unique, with its different geographies, demographics, and SEND trends, so we will provide you with the right insights to develop local solutions. The next steps generally consist of engaging with the system and organising case reviews to identify the actions that will have the biggest impacts on improving the outcome for children and young people with SEND.
Schools system partnership dashboard
Solutions to improve the outcomes provided to children and young people with SEND are only possible with the buy-in from schools. Our dashboard enables local authorities to understand the challenges faced by each school and create a partnership of local schools to work together on their key similar challenges.

Schools will create synergies to develop actions for their own children and young people. Each local system partnership will deliver actions that address its specific needs and contribute to achieving the local authority's objectives at a larger scale.
SEND Transport cost dashboard
Our dashboard will enable you to prioritise actions to promote independence and inclusion, supporting more children and young people to travel independently and with their friends.
We create insights for each pupil, taking into consideration the age group, the primary need, the public transport alternative, and opportunities to travel with friends in the same area.
Our solution is to then implement change, pupil by pupil, and our commercial model means you do not pay a thing until tangible change starts to happen.
Our Team
I am fascinated by people's engagement with clear and easy-to-understand data visualisations. They are a catalyst that triggers people's curiosity, prompts solutions, and drives changes for any improvement, whether it is making schools more inclusive or supporting children in reaching independence.
In my previous consultancy director role, I worked with local authorities, leading the delivery of the Delivering Better Value (DBV) programme – developing improvement plans on key topics based on the insights generated by actionable data analytic visualisations.
Data analytics has always been the starting point of the change journey because it supports team engagement in solving problems and communicating with key systems partners such as schools, parents and carers, or health partners.
Sylvain Poncet
Co-Founder
From grocery to social care, I have worked in various sectors until I found my passion in SEND. Since then, I have worked with dozens of local authorities to improve their SEND services.

My specialty is creating environments for data-led change within local authorities. In previous work, I designed the Delivering Better Value (DBV) methodology that turned pupil data trends into DfE-approved financial forecasts, which was used by 54 LAs. What I enjoy most however is creating data visibility within local authorities to support schools, parents and SEND professionals in coming together and driving the right change.

Outside of work, my passion is languages. I speak English, Spanish and Russian, with the hopes of making this list a lot longer!
